Looking for 2 creative student interns to build a startup with an IIM Bangalore founder

I'm Sneha from IIM Bangalore.
I'm building Fluture, a brand that's trying to reimagine custom press-on nails. Instead of selling catalogue designs, we create nail art that's completely personalized around each customer. Their favourite anime, pets, music, memories, aesthetics, hobbies... basically anything meaningful to them.
I'm looking for 2 student interns who'd like to work closely with me and experience what it's like to build a startup from the ground up. This isn't one of those internships where you'll spend months doing repetitive work. You'll be given ownership, encouraged to experiment, and have a direct impact on the brand.
Social Media Marketing Intern
If you're someone who loves Instagram, enjoys spotting trends, understands what makes content engaging, and likes experimenting with ideas, this role is for you. You'll work on:
•Content strategy
•Reels and trend research
•Creator collaborations
•Community building
•Marketing experiments
•Growing a brand from scratch
- AI Creative Design Intern
This is probably the more unusual role. We’re NOT looking for a traditional graphic designer. Imagine a customer says: > "I want nails inspired by Studio Ghibli, rainy evenings, coffee, and my golden retriever." Your job is to understand that person's personality and preferences, imagine how those ideas could become beautiful nail art, and use AI tools to generate artwork that eventually gets placed onto their custom nails. If you enjoy creativity, storytelling, aesthetics, and experimenting with AI image-generation tools, you'll probably love this role. No professional experience is required—I'm much more interested in how creatively you think than what software you already know.
Internship Details :
Stipend: ₹5,000/month
Mode: Fully Remote / Online
Location: Open to applicants from anywhere in India. Preference will be given to students based in Bangalore since occasional in-person meetings may be helpful, but students from any location are welcome to apply as the work can be done entirely online.
Working Hours: Flexible, based on deliverables rather than fixed timings.
Duration: 3 months Internship
Certificate: Issued by Fluture and signed by the IIM Bangalore based Founder.
Future Opportunities: Outstanding performers may be considered for a long-term internship, freelance projects, or a full-time role as the company grows. This is best suited for students who genuinely want startup exposure and are excited to build something from day one.
