hi! i’ve been into baking breads lately, and i want to explore more and hopefully try selling them. i have been baking since pandemic, not consistently tho, mostly for self-consumption or as gifts for family and friends. so far, i’ve baked cakes, cookies, and breads.

i really want to take baking seriously and turn it into a side hustle, but i still don’t have funds to enroll in a formal course yet.
can you please recommend learning materials (recipe books/sites, youtube videos, content creators, etc.) where i can learn baking more deeply?
also, tips would be greatly appreciated! thank you! 🫶🏼

Hi! Meron ba rito nag-apply rin for qc assistant sa Azeus? I received an email today, one of the questions kasi dun is if I’m available to start next week. Ano po kaya magiging process nito, like interview na ba this week agad? Hehe parang nabibilisan ako, since I’m also waiting din sa iba ko pang applications.

I would also like to ask if kumusta kaya ang environment sa role na ‘to or sa Azeus in general? And okay ba yung compensation at benefits? Thank you in advance :)))

hi! is it okay pa kaya to use matcha na past its expiration date? i still have 6-7 tins pa kasi and mostly sa kanila around july ang expiration 🥹 i usually finish 1 tin within a month. they’re stored naman inside the freezer and sealed in a ziplock bag. will its quality degrade or no naman basta unopened and stored sa freezer? i wanna know your thoughts, thank you in advance 🫶🏼
