Still dont feel happy when I see the mirror but progress was definitely made

1800 kcal diet for 130g of protein. Standard push-pull-leg workout split.

Ah shit, here we go again

12 weeks of an 1800 kcal, 130g protein diet is officially over. Lost 10 kg, from 75kg to 65kg current weight at 169cm.

Happy with the fat loss but expected more.

Diet stress has definitely built up with worse pumps and shitty energy levels so gonna maingain for a month atleast to get it back.

Increasing 200kcal this week and maybe 100 more from a week after.

Posting for accountability

Tiny pump after a long time

Stuck in the middle of nowhere for a temporary period due to my job. Missed gym for about 3 weeks and have resorted to calisthenics and resistance bands.

Felt happy to see a tiny pump after a long while

Cut week 10: balancing volatile job conditions and fitness

Living out of hotel rooms and waiting on decisions made above my pay grade. For the first time in a long while, even the gym feels uncertain - and that used to be the one thing that never was.

Sticking to bands and bodyweight workouts to keep the momentum going

What do you even do when the one routine keeping you grounded starts becoming unstable?

Anyone else lose their routine before they lost motivation?

Any basic bodyweight routine?

New job, move around a lot through cities that do not have gyms. Pretty consistent with diet but also wanna incorporate bodyweight movements to keep the workout flow till I get back to hitting the gym.

Any bodyweight routines that yall follow? Gotta maintain muscle throughout this chaos.

Help a brother out.

Week 9 of the cut, tiny bit of back?

Week 9 of my cut is almost over and I realized that I have focused too much on my front view to ascertain leanness and not so much for my back.

Saw a tiny bit of defitnion coming in, so thats a good thing. Still a thin layer of lower belly and chest fat remains, hopefully gets better 4 weeks from now.

25M, new to Bangalore, open to sharing a flat (preferably as close to 8th block, koramangala as possible)

Same as the title basically, want to confirm the number of roommates before I start house hunting.

I'll be moving in a week or so (17th May-ish).

Don't have very many constraints in terms of a roommate.

I do however, will be meal prepping for gym pretty regularly which does involve cooking non-veg items that I'll be packing for the week for my own, wanted to mention that upfront if thats a potential deal-breaker.

Do reach out, if this works out for you.

25M, 170cm, 69kg.

Have a plan of 5 more weeks of a 500 kcal deficit.

Muscles feel really deflated and flat, a normal occurrence?

Wanted to cut till more defintion hence the doubt.

Recently started a job with pretty unpredictable hours, and I'm trying to stay consistent with my fitness (lifting, diet, sleep... the whole thing). Some days are smooth, others are a complete mess.

Would love to hear what's actually worked for you guys-small habits, mindset shifts, hacks, anything. Especially from people juggling long or irregular work hours.

6 kgs ago, I thought I had 6 more kgs to lose before I lean out but here I am nowhere close to my desired bf%.

"6 more kgs I guess" is the lie I tell myself now for my sanity's sake

Cut week 8.
