After a plumber has fixed a pipe, the water coming out smells like paint. How come?
So a plumber fixed a leaking pipe that leads directly to a faucet by replacing the pipe and the metal connector. And I noticed that after it’s done, the water coming out of that faucet smells like paint or something.
- Why is this the case?
- Is the water toxic to the skin, e.g. can I wash my hands and face using that water?
Thanks in advance.
