The new legendary Luisa you can hit something with 3 power then use her ability on herself to move the 3 damage?

It hasn’t even fully released but second hand market shows the highest legendary at $15 and the second at $12 and the rest is under $10? Do you guys think any of the legendaries have a chance of going up or is this where they should be? Once it officially release I could see these dropping even more to be honest
