this is my new way of stopping myself from giving in to the urge to relapse. whenever the urge hits me out of the blue, I slap these on my wrist, covering my scars, I don't know how well they'll work in reducing the appearance of the scars since they're hella old. but hey, whatever stops me from relapsing!
