Finally gonna rank all the Supertramp albums, recently just finished their discography

  1. Some Things Never Change 5/10 (not a huge fan though at times I can see the appeal, it comes across a little boring to me)
  2. Indelibly Stamped 7.6/10 (has its moments, in fact I think forever is genuinely amazing, but as a whole it kinda fails to deliver
  3. Slow Motion 8.1/10 (some nice smooth jazz, a good ending to their discography, even if it can drag a little bit at times)
  4. Famous Last Words 8.4/10 (has grown on me over time, although none of my favorite Supertramp songs are on here, it’s raining again is cute)
  5. Brother Where You Bound 8.6/10 (again not too many standout songs here but nothing bad at the same time and it works well as a complete package)
  6. Crisis? What Crisis? 8.7/10 (gets off to a strong start, and falls off a little bit near the end, but still has some great moments)
  7. Free As A Bird 9.1/10 (a really fun album that I just can’t help but love)
  8. Supertramp 9.4/10 (a strong psychedelic debut that almost feels like a forgotten classic, the song home again deserves more love)
  9. Crime of the Century 9.7/10 (so enjoyable all the way through, every song is just as personally effective as the last)
  10. Even In The Quietest Moments 9.8/10 (has a perfect beginning and ending, and everything in the middle while not as good is still enjoyable as all hell, also fools overture is my favorite Supertramp song)
1 Breakfast in America 10/10 (perfect all the way through, no song holds it down in any way, the track-list is more cohesive than any other album they made)

How tf is Supertramp not on rolling stone top 500 albums???

Not even breakfast in America or crime if the century make the cut, but for some reason compilation and live albums do which just makes no sense at all

In Blue Hawaii (2004 vocals with 1967 production)

Thought it would be a fun idea to try this out, while keeping the harmonies/production of the og 1967 versions
Will do ones for child is the father of man, do you like worms, and on a holiday as well

The last 4 songs of that’s why god made the radio are incredible

Ik people hate on this album a lot but my god those last 4 songs are emotional as all hell, and give me a sad feeling that I’ve never felt from any other beach boys release
From there to back again is especially incredible and one of my all time favorite beach boys songs. I guess this last stretch of songs is why I hold this album in such high regard
