Should I be disappointed that things still dont work out of the box like on windows?

I am on the university's wifi, sometimes it just doesnt want to exchange packets anymore ( 0 Bytes Download/Upload [Image]) but it stays connected. It only fixes it if I disconnect and wait a couple of minutes.

You connect to the wifi with a username/password

On lenovo ideapad 730 13 iml, with the Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter (rev 31)

Connection to any other network works perfectly fine.

It cant be a pci power saving option if it works on any other network.
