Hi guys im planning to use the Omega code to e6 someone, can i know which one is more powerfull in term of power scaling at e6 of these 2 characters?

Im kinda confused does this game only give the gems mostly from pushing the operation stages? If im stuck then theres literally not much gems can get from daily and event lmao
