I've made it a practice to start actually visiting places I've heard of rather than just passively making a list I'll never check.
I've noticed that there are very few cool spots on the east side of the city that I’m aware of. The only clusters I can think of are mostly on the northeast side, headed towards IKEA.
Please let me know about cool spots on the east side of the city, ideally actually in inner-city San Antonio.
There are times when I get into the groove of things and knock out a plethora of work while I’m out in public on my laptop. Lately, I've wanted to be able to work into the late night (past 8 p.m.), but most places close ridiculously early. Please tell me of places that offer free Wi-Fi and have the atmosphere and space that allow people to work on their own stuff freely. It doesn’t have to be a coffee shop. I just want to find a place where I don’t feel like I need to grab and go with my purchase(s).
So I stocked up on a bunch of these bottles, but I’m finally out. I haven't been able to find them at any store (I go to several different Dollar Tree stores regularly). I'm really hoping they’re coming back soon. Please tell my hairy self that they're coming back… Does anyone know the deal with this product?
I'm Middle Eastern (w/no Middle Eastern connections) and am looking for names of places/events to keep an eye out for to meet other people in my age range. I know my best bet is to comb the medical center area, but if you could dwindle my search, I'd appreciate it. I'm open to learning about viable classes for novices in the culture, such as learning of the Quran. Just something that is a segue to learning more about my culture and community.
