Why dont we just make a lawsuit?

This is a genuine question. Due to all the false bans going around, and their support team just being AI that doesn't help you. Why don't we just collectively file lawsuits against them? Even if their support is this bad or the A.I bs is unlikely to win a lawsuit, ive been seeing people here who have had their accounts hacked, stolen, or banned who are paying for Nitro and discord just not canceling the payment for it which, if im not wrong is hyper illegal?

I even heard that collective lawsuits would be cheaper as well...

Should I keep waiting for my appeal?

It's been nearly two weeks since I sent an appeal to Discord for my false ban (I don't have any alts, and I'm the only person who lives in my household who uses Discord), and I'm starting to feel like I'll just never get unbanned. Should I wait a little longer, then move to support tickets, or is it not worth it anymore?

It does suck since I've been using Discord for the past 6 years, but I'm pretty okay letting it be, especially knowing how Discord treats its users at times.
