I am so proud of myself! I vaped for 3 years and was having a lot of respiratory issues. I had a constant whistle, chest tightness and shortness of breath. I knew I had to be done. It took until now pretty much, for those symptoms to clear up. I recently had a high resolution CT to check for scarring bc I still had the wheeze and all came back clear! I am not tempted to vape with friends who are vaping around me, that impulse has completely faded and will never come back. If I can do it, you can too!

Well it’s all making sense. I was telling her how I want to get tested for adhd / ocd and we were talking about my focus issues, rumination and severe childhood compulsions. I remember going to a psych doctor but I never knew if I was diagnosed with anything. Today I learned, I was diagnosed with OCD at age 6. I only did a few therapy sessions and that was it. We never went back. It is all making sense why I am the way I am.

I am scheduling a doctors visit soon to get tested again and pick some therapy.

Is CBT therapy the usual route? What medications, if any are usually prescribed?

My nieces come and stay with us once a week. Since last September she has been getting bites. Her mom found 2 bed bugs in their room last week. I am assuming they have had them since September since that is when her bites started. I live in a 2 story house and have hit almost every room, inspecting and cleaning. All mattress’ have protectors and we are doing the best we can to inspect and clean. I have been on the ground with a flashlight looking for any evidence. I have not found any evidence but am so scared that we may have them since they would bring their blankets, pillows and back packs over. I have a couple spots on me but I am just not sure if they are bites or not. I feel so itchy and I am scratching myself in my sleep while having nightmares of them.

Any advice on how to treat our house even though we have no signs?

The doctor found a papilloma on my uvula. I had no idea I had hpv. My question is, can I now pass hpv to the genitals during oral sex therefore causing genital warts??
