Finally had 3 lucid dreams last night (using mild) after weeks of trying different techniques

Finally had first proper and 3 lucid dreams. The first one was most lucid, then semi lucid then lucid again. They each lasted around 10 seconds but I was clearly aware of them..I basically repeated the phrase (tonight I will have a lucid dream and when I'm dreaming I will realise I am dreaming) pretty much all day until I went to sleep. I didn't use reality checks or wbtb. Now I just need to work on control.

Why do I keep having lucid nightmares? Any advice?

So I have practiced lucid dreaming for a few weeks now. I preferably don't use wbtb because I prioritise my sleep. But I am becoming more aware in my dreams which I guess is a good sign. I can remember them quite vividly, I am thinking in the dreams and some awareness but very low control. But I remember realising this is a dream and getting scared and turning them scary. The lucidity kept changing like normal dream to semi lucid in split second. But even though the dreams were not fully lucid I couldn't exit them even if I tried (I remember trying in the dream). The worst one I was in a plane crash and remember feeling myself dying quite realistic. Last night I fell asleep inside a dream lol. How can I turn this into a peaceful lucid dream and have more control? It is putting me off practicing and I end up confused when I wake up. Thanks. (I mainly use mild and sometimes vild when I go to bed btw).

What was the concept behind naevis?

I see in older aespa songs like next level and black mamba her name is in them quite often. When I research online it says she has her own solo songs. Why is she not in any new songs? I personally think she is quite a good addition and adds more definition to the songs. What are your thoughts on her solo debut? I don't quite understand her meaning though but I know she is an AI character. Thanks.

Do you get bored of lucid dreams?

I know this is going to get down votes, but experienced lucid dreamers, do you ever get bored of lucid dreams? I see on this sub people have lucid dreamed for over 10 years. How do you not get bored and find new things to do in dreams? Maybe it's just my bad imagination. I have had one very short but want to eventually master lucid dreaming but I feel I will get bored after a while. How do you not get bored? Or can you not get bored in the dream? And how do you be determined to wake up at 3am for one, as I can do that mostly once a week at most.

As a fairly new kpop fan aespa is my favourite group out.

As the title says, I think aespa is my favourite kpop group and permanently will be. This is no hate on other groups, but there is something about aespa's aesthetic that makes them stand out from other groups to me. I have listened and looked at several other groups but am fairly new to kpop for around 2 months. It is hard to explain but the group doesn't seem too intense if you know what I mean like many others, and flows smoothly with kpop industry. As a western foreigner they seem to match my western interests with some western type songs if you understand me. I like Supernova but Next Level is my absolute favourite. It is sort of mix into one. Anyway, I wanted to post this here to share my liking on the group hopefully I can here and that you understand my meaning

What I saw at my uni accommodation still freaks me out to this day

So, in short, I saw a face on the bathroom mirror. But it wasn't mine and I was too far from the mirror to actually have a reflection. It was in the bathroom and looked like it was looking at an angle to make a creepy sight in the mirror. It was a woman with ginger hair, ironically the same hair colour as mine. For reference this only lasted a few seconds, when I looked I saw it and it was there for a few seconds then went away. Not normally where it just disappears if you miss see something. I can remember most details like blue eyes and pale skin. But like I said, I was too far from the mirror and it was in the direction of the door further in the bathroom for me to cause a reflection. I don't know what this was and I remember it so vividly and am certain they were actually there. I haven't seen it since but I don't know what happened. I was stressed but even when I have same level of stress I have not noticed something so vivid since. I ended up being too scared to use the bathroom some days. Don't know if I just was seeing things but they were there until I looked at the mirror in the bathroom then went. Hope this description makes it easy to understand. Have you had similar experience?

How to stop stanning kpop please I really need help.

I have recently gotten into kpop and it is my whole life now, everything I am thinking about everyday all day is kpop and various kpop groups. I get i like their music, but I have found it goes a lot deeper than that. The only way I stop stanning is to force myself to stop listening to their music. Is there another way because I like kpop music. I want to just listen to it like regular music. I am being honest, I literally check lots of groups sub Reddit to see updates like every hour and constantly scroll through them. I don't want to be a stan I just want to listen to their music and enjoy it, simple. But listening to their music gets me highly involved and as a foreigner it is really engaging but I don't want it to take over my life. Almost like I feel lonely without kpop.

Just don't know what to do. How do you kpop fans avoid stanning?

How do you cope with regular earthquakes?

How do you cope with regular earthquakes as tourists or civilian? I would love to travel to Japan but I have a fear of earthquakes. Japan is my favourite country in Asia. There has been an earthquake today actually. But I see videos of buildings swaying and it freaks me out. Are these just every few times or common? I know buildings in Japan are meant to be stable but it still prevents me from going there and there are over 1000 earthquakes per year according to Google in Japan. Advice on how to suck up and get over this is appreciated. Thanks.

What does a full / ultra lucid dream look like?

Is there actually an ultra lucid dream level? I see posts that some people can have lucid dreams up to 20 minutes. Is that multiple dreams though or one very stable? I have also researched that in high lucid dreams you can clearly distinguish real life memories and dream memories. I am preferably trying to have single precise stable scenes that last around 10 minutes each rather than constantly changing so I can fully explore my world. Am I being too ambitious? Is that entirely possible? For reference I can lucid dream pretty easy when I practice but they are mostly short a few seconds and very unstable.

Almost had my first lucid dream I think

I used the vild technique and induced a lucid scene strongly focusing on it, first person view of the scene. I did this at bedtime and did not see normal eye shadows but I saw a bright star light across my eyes and obviously woke up from excitement. I didn't fully enter the dream but is this a sign of success? For reference I did this at 10pm bedtime so I don't know. What was this? It was a single bright light spec that went across my eyes and disappeared. Please help me understand this so I know for next time. Thanks.

Is this lucid or just daydream? What technique is this?

So, in simple words I visualise myself in the eyes of someone, rather than watching my dream like normal. I see as though I am there, and it is like my brain is in that setting not in the real world. I can't tell if it is low level lucidity or just a daydream but I can almost feel in the dream the texture of things but I am still not fully dreaming if that makes sense. What am I experiencing?

What is the history of this island?

Coordinates: -23.9280047, -130.7422768.

It has a few photos on Google even some of modern day but seems highly inaccessible and irrelevant so was wondering if there is any history / who would go to this island? Thanks.

How to have full lucid dream I keep getting really close?

When I go to bed at 10pm for example, I visualise a scene and repeat I am dreaming. I often end up in sleep paralysis but never fully lucid? Do I actually have to wake up.at 3am for my only hope to have a proper lucid dream? Does lucid dream music work this early in night? Thanks.

What is the best way to lucid dream without waking up at 3am?

What is the best way I can lucid dream without waking up in the middle of the night? Preferably I would do it when I go to bed at 10pm. I did have a short lucid dream on my first try using wbtb and ssild technique, but I don't want to do that at night. That short lucid dream on my first try gave me hope, I was much consciously thinking but didn't control it. Doing it when going to bed would make it more enjoyable for me without stressing about waking up in the middle of the night. But I heard it is very difficult doing it when I go to bed. Any of you who have had lucid dream when going straight to bed what technique did you use? I preferably don't dream journal because I can remember most my dreams pretty well anyway. I will take any advice, thanks.
