Wanted to share one cool trick I learned recently on post-processing, which I use a lot with op-xy nowadays:

1. take ozone exciter
2. switch to mid-side mode
3. add distortion on mid only
4. higher frequency → more distortion

I think anything with mid/side split + saturation on mid would work, but I happen to use Ozone for this; it makes the sound so much more “round” and glued together

I love it a lot, but it does not matter how much time I spend on sound design - I can tell it's made on OP-XY.

Curious, if anyone got tips
