I mean ...kya hi bolu ab
Mujhe sona hai but neend nahi aarahi hai
I want to sleep but sleep doesn't come to me lol✌🏼🥲😭✌🏼🥲✌🏼🥲😭😭💔💔💔🥲😭🔪🔪✌🏼✌🏼🔪👉🏼🔪👉🏼✌🏼🤣🤣😂🥲🥲🤣💔💔🔪🔪✌🏼💔👈🏼🥰🙄🙄
(No but like seriously tell me jaldi kese sote hai ? It's been like 1 year ...late hi neend aati hai)
Saw this meme and immediately remembered something that happened recently 😭💗
So this one uncle came to give qurbani ka gosht to us and my appi opened the door...
She didn't know him so she asked, "Aap kon hai?"
And uncle was like, "What? Mujhe bhul gaye?"
My sis was like, "Umm... your name?"
And uncle probably realized ki naam bata ke bhi kuch nahi hone wala 😭
So he goes...
"Are mujhe kaise bhul gaye... tu chotaa baccha tha, main tujhe road cross karwata tha... jab tu madarsa jata tha."
He literally said this like a song 😭
Then my appi was like,
"Ohhhh uncle, that must be my little sis." (Lil sis is me)
And uncle was like,
"Ohhhhhh bohot same dikhte tum dono."
WHICH IS CRAZY because we literally don't 😭✋(Pata nahi logon ko hum dono same kyu lagte hain.)
Then my appi remembered he's actually my brother's friend and both of them said Allah Hafiz and that was that.
BUT... The road-crossing wali kahani is actually real
Like for some reason mujhe road cross karna nahi aata tha. I think I was around 10 or 11...
Toh bachpan se my brother, sisters, parents, teachers, and even my friends used to help me cross roads.
Like meri ek friend ka ghar literally dusri direction mein tha after school but pehle woh mujhe road cross karwati thi and THEN apne ghar jaati thi 😭💗
Like omg???
Wdym people were out there holding my hand and making sure I got home safely???
I love them sm 😭💗
Khair.
When I used to go to madarsa, my brother's shop was on the way...
Most of the time my brother would help me cross the road, but if he was busy... this uncle would...
He used to ask me what I learned in madarsa that day, teach me random little things, and then help me cross the road...
That's literally it 😭
I thought he would've forgotten me...
But apparently some people remember the most random things...
And now I've found out that my childhood legacy is...
girl who needed assistance crossing roads 💀
Which is lowkey embarrassing 😭
But also kinda cute because it reminds me how many people were looking out for little me ..💗💗
thinking of making a skribbl room
zero artistic talent required because i have none either 🥲🥀
if enough people are down i'll make a room and drop the link
(MAGHRIB Ke baad dekhte hai 🥲)
bhaiii mera har saal ka yahi drama hai 😭
mehendi ke liye pinterest open karo… itne pretty pretty designs dekho… phir ekdam hi confused ho jao ...because literally kuch samajh hi nahi aata hain🥲
Anddd jab sis poochti hai “konsi lagani hai” toh end mein wahi simple si tippu tippu circle wali mehendi lagwa lo 💔
now i genuinely don’t know what vibe to go for 😭 simple? detailed? Minimalistic ?? floral?
because EVERY person i’ve ever made that dua about got removed from my life almost instantly 💔💀
like i’ll be emotional at 2am making heartfelt duas…
then BOOM next day:
they start acting strange
we stop talking
i suddenly notice every red flag i ignored (i love to live in delusion ✋🏼🎀)
or Allah removes them so cleanly there’s not even a comeback arc 😭
and the worst part is i’ll be crying throwing up devastated like “ya Allah why would this happen to me 😔😔”
then halfway through being dramatic i remember…
oh wait.
i literally asked for this 😭😭😭
The scary part is the reasons always end up making perfect sense later...
atp i make that dua and get scared to check my phone the next morning...
need to hear other people’s experiences because there is NO way it’s just me
I was just sitting and thinking about how Urdu is such a beautiful language. It literally has a word for every tiny emotion, doesn't it?
Lately, I’ve been obsessed with these two:
🎀 Ikhtiyar (إختیار)
🎀 Shayad (شاید)
They both sound so whimsical and soft, but they carry such a deep, heavy meaning at the same time...
One is all about having that power or agency, and the other is just that beautiful, lingering "maybe" that makes life feel like a movie...(😭🫶🏼)
What about you guys??? What’s that one word that you think is just chef’s kiss???
