Instagram is blocking my login from the device (& browser) I've used for months

The first screenshot is an e-mail they sent me after I logged in... on a browser I've been using for months, the second is what pops up when I try to log in.
It's like that on Chrome, Opera and on my phone, all of which I use for Instagram daily.

Even more infuriating because I use Instagram to talk to people, which I guess I can't do for a few days now...

Gng I need advice

Soooo I have a crush on a girl, and like, and I know ts is gonna sound like a classic "Men are oblivious" story but like seriously what if she's just joking?

Like she pulls classic "rizz moves" if you know what I mean, like "if I got you a bird, would it sit on this should (taps shoulder) or this one' (leans over to other shoulder and puts arm around it)

And like she hugs me sometimes but like idk if she likes me yk, like she doesn't rly act like this with other people but like idk still I'm chopped and stuff and she was talking about some other dude

But it would be really awkward if she rejected me 'because we sit next to each other in class
