for the past couple days ive been experiencing a slight stinging in my chest aswell as upper stomach, i dont feel a sour taste in my mouth, it doesn’t hurt to swallow or nor do i struggle to swallow,i dont get shortness of breath, it doesn’t hurt when i breathe, the feeling goes away SOMETIMES but other times it can last over an hour, the stinging is not necessarily painful but it does being me discomfort, ive also been hearing a lot of noises and movement in my stomach, i notice that when i eat then lay it gets worse, please help me find out whats going on if possible
