Is this a good monitor?

It is a Top Victory Electronics F1770 17 inch monitor from 2003 or 2004. It was also sold by Envision as the EN-775 model.

Can someone tell me who Dark Spyro is? (Skylanders Academy)

Why did Dark Spyro sometimes do "good" things like the normal Spyro did? Why didn't the other Skylanders characters notice that he was grey instead of purple? Why can normal Spyro Transform between good and Dark Spyro?
