VRChat anti cheat repeatedly kicking me for being unable to verify my files integrity

This has been happening now for weeks. I never used to have this issue- it happens in both VR and outside of VR. I don't do anything in particular to trigger it, it just happens. I try deleting and reinstalling VRChat, works for a few minutes, then it happens again. I tried repairing easy anti cheat, excluding the files from my antivirus, pretty much everything. No matter what I do it continues to happen. Can anyone please help?? I don't see how my files would break over and over again when I haven't tampered with them or done anything...Idk why this suddenly started happening.

oh my god, this is the worst thing i’ve ever seen. (TW: snail with it’s organs out of it’s shell)

somehow one of my rabbit snail’s shell literally FELL OFF? Does anyone have any idea what could have happened?? I can’t imagine the pain :(
