Looking for discreet online therapy recommendations (women preferred)

29F.
I’m looking for recommendations for private, confidential online therapy (call or text preferred). Prefer female therapists who understand Pakistani cultural/family context.
Discretion is extremely important — I need options that won’t involve any shared billing, family accounts, or anything that could be noticed at home.
If you’ve used any platforms or therapists that felt truly private and professional, please share and if possible kindly share personal experiences, Thank you.

23F - First Umrah with family

Assalamualaikum sisters,
This was my first time ever traveling anywhere, and it was for Umrah with my parents, younger sister, and younger brother. We stayed right near the Kaaba, and when we first landed in Saudi I was completely starstruck. The buildings, the infrastructure, everything felt so overwhelming in the best way, especially since I’d never been outside my home country before. Being in the holy land for the first time was supposed to be a beautiful, spiritual experience.
But performing Umrah itself turned into something I never expected, even in my worst nightmares.
The area was incredibly congested with men and women walking together at the same time. We were all trying to hold hands tightly as a family so no one would get separated or fall in the chaos. My little sister was ahead of me, and my brother was with our dad. At first I felt hands brushing my back. I thought it might be accidental because of how packed it was. But as we moved further, it kept happening, hands going down to my waist, some even trying to touch my chest. It wasn’t just brushing past. It felt deliberate.
I felt so frustrated, sick, and helpless. In a place like this? During Umrah? I’m still horrified and shaken. I’m just grateful my little sister didn’t have to go through the same thing.
We also saw a lot of Bengali and Pakistani families and men begging and claiming they’d been robbed. That added to the chaos too.
I really don’t want to believe this is common, but I need to know: has this happened to other sisters? How do you cope or protect yourself in the crowds? Any advice for future trips? I want to go back someday, but this has left me traumatized.
JazakAllah khair to anyone who shares their experiences. Please keep my sister in your duas.

Newly married (28F) — worried my husband will judge my sexual past and fantasies on our honeymoon. Advice from married women please?

Hi everyone, I’m 28 and I just got married two months ago. I was very sexually active before marriage. I had a couple of boyfriends and I was never a virgin. I don’t regret it at all, and I’m really glad my husband never had any problem with my past.
I’ve always been a very social, open, and confident person, but my husband is the complete opposite, he’s shy and introverted. We’re leaving for our honeymoon tomorrow night and I’m so excited! We are going to Thailand and I want to have so much fun there. The thing is, I have a lot of sexual fantasies and “crazy” things I want to try. I’m worried that if I share what’s on my mind, he might judge my past or lose respect for me. I’m scared he won’t like me anymore if he knows all my thoughts.
Has any newly married woman gone through something similar? How did you handle opening up about your desires and fantasies with your husband? Any advice would really help me right now. I hope I don’t get too much hate.
Thank you ❤️

TL;DR: Newlywed woman with a past is nervous about opening up to her shy husband on honeymoon. Looking for advice from married women.
