I'm 25 after graduating college 3 years ago, and the job market is not helping at all. I’m living with my parents, and trying to move out. I have $10,000 saved, $1,000 in spending money, and $878/month in expenses.
My biggest barrier is transportation - I don't have my own car, and my dad recently limited my access to his. I can't move out without reliable
transportation.
For anyone who's done this:
- How do you plan a move-out when you need a car first?
- What's a safe car budget with my savings?
- Any tips for leaving smoothly without rushing into financial trouble?

Hey everyone! I’m in the process of starting courses at my technical college that contribute to Web development/design for the first time. I know in this line of work would require networking and a strong portfolio. Is there a way that I can prepare for these courses besides tutoring? Free tools are preferred. I also have ADHD so this is something that made me consider something like this so I want to be prepared.
