Mazak mazak me i filled cse core cat 4

30-32 lakhs is what im thinking

Family income is not enough, doesn't even exceed 10 lakhs per annum, but savings are there,

if i were to pay it all right now, I could but that leaves no further emergency fund, only what savings made from the income of next 4 years of my father's

Hopefully i could get 6 lakhs from mmvy scholarship by mp govt. Would be a relief to some extent

with 32k rank and what i heard from others i can get chennai cse cat 5 or bhopal,ap cse cat 1

my family could barely pay off for cat 5 and im still confused whether it will be worth it or not

so my plan is if possible then i get cat 5 chennai rn, and if my and my parent's mind change then imma give it up and go in phase 3 and take bhopal cat 1

only if giving up seat is possible

I only want 3 things:

Placements: both are shitty and i know it ill deal with it

Ok'ish mess food: got a job or not, i want to be alive by the time I graduate and I just found out about multiple typhoid cases at vit bhopu last month. So is vit-ap mess any better?

Wifi: bhopu supposedly offers 10mbps but everyone says u would get 1mbps on your LUCKIEST day. About Mobile data, u can get full strength signal (atleast jio) but not inside hostel rooms because of the thickest walls imaginable. So whats the wifi and mobile data situation there?

was thinking between bhopal and ap, a guy from bhopal said they get 10mbps (on a good day, often times slower than that)

Getting cat 2 cse at AP and cat 1 cse at bhopal

Checked both subreddits and its looking like while both campuses are nearly the same in placement stats but AP has better management and infra than compared to bhopal

I got 32k rank in viteee and thinking of either coming here cat 2 cse core or bhopal cat 1 cse core

Now apart from the on paper 3 lakh/year tution and 1.5lakh hostelmess/year what other charges would i be paying in 4years

There's 1 i can think of, its library fees, but what others

Would it easily be 22lakhs for 4 years (12+6+4)

And is it worth it to come here for that much

My goal is just academics and get a good mid to high paying job and thinking maybe vit-ap could provide more placement opportunities than rgpv

There I was asked to enter my P M E + additional subject marks
I have 93/100 in chem, 97/100 in CS.
My dumb ahh opted for chem so thats 1% lost in my aggregate percentage

NOW HERES THE BIGGER PROBLEM
not only I opted for chem, i entered 97/100 as its marks rather than 93/100

now what do i do
