For example, John graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, can he still be competitive in the buy-side field? I mean a lot of people get into jobs that are not aligned to their degree, right? Then how about this one?

So, there is this thing, an issue maybe, called Pax Silica in the Philippines. It's like an agreement wherein a huge portion of land in the country will be used for AI hubs. The pros include increased employment and transfer of technology. It's free for 2 years and the cost for the next years is to be discussed. The concern here is it might be degrading for the environment, since it could consume a lot of water resources. In my opinion, I am not in favor with this because there is no yet guarantee on the pros, and the only thing sure is it will have an impact to the country's environment.

In my case, I have tried writing captions for a social media page. I am primarily tasked to write engaging captions, so that there will be customers to buy from our business. To be honest, this is not very easy because you have to be aware of the trend. Trend makes captions catchy for real.

How do you prepare your resume to ensure that it will help you secure your desired position or job in the organization? It is a short document, so the content must be compressed, right? I already done having less design to make the resume look professional, but I still struggle on getting into the interview phase.

I’ve been looking into random online side hustles lately, and one of the strangest is probably becoming a nano influencer

You don’t need 100k followers or a viral personal brand. A nano influencer usually has somewhere between 1,000 and 10,000 followers, often around a very specific topic like running, home baking, skincare for sensitive skin, vintage watches or cheap travel.

The interesting part is that brands can still pay these accounts because the audience is usually much more focused and active.

1- A small niche can be more useful than a big audience

A creator with 3,000 followers who only talks about trail running may be a better match for a running brand than a general lifestyle page with 300k followers

The brand knows exactly who follows that person and why.

This seems to be where most beginners go wrong. They post about fitness one day, food the next and random trends after that, so brands can’t understand what audience they actually have.

2- The first deals usually aren’t massive

The early deals can be a free product, a small fee or something like $50 for a post depending on the content, niche and usage. The more interesting money often comes from repeat campaigns, UGC rights or a monthly agreement with the same company.

It feels closer to freelancing than becoming famous.

You build a small portfolio, prove that you can make useful content and slowly get better deals.

3- You don’t always need to post on your own account

This surprised me the most, some brands mainly want the video itself so they can post it on their own page or run it as an ad. In that case, your follower count matters much less because they’re paying for your ability to make the content.

That opens the door to people who enjoy filming TikToks or Reels but have no interest in becoming a full-time influencer.

4- Being specific probably gives you the best chance

“Lifestyle creator” doesn’t say much. “Student who shares cheap meal prep,” “beginner runner training for a first 10K” or “creator testing productivity apps for university” gives brands something much clearer to work with.

Brands seem to care a lot about whether the content feels natural, whether people leave genuine comments and whether you can deliver on time.

5- Finding the deals is probably the hardest part

Cold outreach can work, but sending generic DMs to hundreds of brands sounds painful.

The better options seem to be contacting companies already working with small creators, applying through creator platforms and building a simple portfolio with a few examples.

I found this nano influencer guide that explains the follower ranges, typical deals and what brands actually look for in smaller creators.

It still feels like a strange side hustle, but probably more realistic than most of the “make $500 a day with no skills” ideas all over TikTok.

After preparing the portfolio, now it's time to show this to clients. But where exactly can they be found? They might be found in social media platforms, now the question is how can we secure them into availing our product/service?

So, there are different Search APIs accessible on the internet today, and my question is will any of them be able to use information or data fed to an AI tool, say for example, ChatGPT. A lot of people use personal photo like the picture of their children to create something else, and I'm wondering if these photos can be accessed by these search APIs? If yes, doesn't it raise ethical issue on our part as users of AI tools?

One thing that clients usually look for is a portfolio. We all know that it can be a collection of sample works, right? It plays a major role in persuading them into availing our products or services. Now, my question is how do you build a portfolio without prior experience in the job? As a graduating student, this is a concern that keeps bugging me as I near graduation. I want to get a job as a copywriter by the way.

With several options available to use today in AI searching, I think it would be valid to feel confused as to which one should be used. Based on my experience, Google AI has been more useful in providing me answers to my question. It uses recent and relevant sources. While other AI Search Engine was not that much helpful on my end. The listed sources were irrelevant, so the job was not done, and I still have to look further whenever I use some other browser.
