Bob Lazar claimed that aliens supposedly referred to humans as “containers,” but he never established what we were containers of.

What if the answer isn’t souls or genetic material, but energy?

The human body constantly converts chemical energy into movement, biological processes, and heat.

If an advanced extraterrestrial civilization could somehow harvest or utilize biological energy, humans could theoretically be viewed as living energy containers, somewhat like how oil is viewed as an energy resource by modern civilization.
