Just wondering when to up a dosage.
Was prescribed Trintellix 10mg for GAD.
I did one week at 5mg and almost three at 10mg.
So far no side effects except a small increase in my anxiety and started having vivid dreams.
Should I give it more time before upping the dosage? I have been looking around on Reddit and it seems for people with GAD it seems to be faster.

I’m struggling to stay focused while meditating.
I’ve been doing BOTEC 1 and 2 for a little over a month now, and I still find it difficult to maintain focus throughout most of the meditation.
I definitely have a better understanding of the process and the different energy centers compared to when I started, but my mind still tends to wander quite a bit. Some sessions feel great, while others feel like I’m constantly bringing my attention back.
Is this normal after a month of practice? How long did it take you before staying focused became easier?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
A viewer trying to watch my stream on a Samsung Smart TV is getting a completely broken screen, just a solid green background with purple and black static lines. The audio plays perfectly.
The weird part is they can watch other channels fine, and my stream works perfectly on their phone. It only glitches on their TV app.
Any idea what may cause this, mostly through my settings?
