A viewer trying to watch my stream on a Samsung Smart TV is getting a completely broken screen, just a solid green background with purple and black static lines. The audio plays perfectly.

The weird part is they can watch other channels fine, and my stream works perfectly on their phone. It only glitches on their TV app.

Any idea what may cause this, mostly through my settings?
