Recommandation Marketing Strategy

Hey! I’m french and in France we have a dispositive call « alternance » it’s something where you can find a job linked to your study so working and studying in the same time. It’s a very famous dispositive for young people that want to have their first professional experience.
But a lot of people struggle to find a job, because we have more request than offer.
So my business is to create communication tools that are innovant (portfolio not CV) to stand out from the competition and impress the recruiter.
And I’m a graphic so I propose to create this document to people that will help them to find this job. I prospect on Linkedin, I search people that post about their research of alternance and I add them and send a message.

My request is more about if my message strategy is good: what I do it’s to send them a message like that « Hi xx,

I saw your post about finding a work-study placement and I could help you with that.

Something that worked for me and helped me find quite a few offers was creating innovative materials to catch recruiters' attention (because the market is completely saturated, so the challenge is to stand out).

For example, a portfolio: it's a tool that allows you to differentiate yourself and impress recruiters.

I'm a graphic designer and I offer to create portfolios tailored to your profile, your experience, and your target profession.
And for a work-study placement in sales and marketing, it would be perfect for you. It shows that you know how to market yourself, that you're innovative, and that you can better showcase your experience.

You can find more details and examples of what I offer right here --> link

Good luck with your search! :) »

Do you think it’s a good strategy and that’s not too long?

Thanks for your feedback 🙏🙏

Et je voulais montrer que j’étais un profil engagé dans des valeurs écologique et solidaire.

J’aimerais bien avoir vos retours, si y’a pas des choses en trop, visuellement pas adapté ou des choses sur lesquelles je pourrais + insisté.

Merci :)

Looking for a graphic designer for a very nice project :))

The newsletter project aims to be a directory of all the events taking place in the city. These events should be community-oriented, free or very low-cost, queer-friendly, festive, and socially engaged (for example, participating in a community action or a demonstration). In short, the goal of this newsletter is to promote a more vibrant, community-minded, and engaged Brussels. I already have some ideas about the visual aspect (I worked in communications for a long time and created a lot of content), but I'd like someone to help me establish a style guide, a logo, and perhaps emoticons to represent the different categories.
This would be more of a short-term volunteer opportunity, maybe a month, just enough time to create all these elements. I don't have any money at the moment, and this is a volunteer project. But if things go well and I'm very happy with the result, I might consider a small fee in the future. (that's not certain, I don’t say that to raise hopes or attract future volunteers, but I know it's a job that requires investment and recognition, and I would feel really bad if I didn't give anything in return. We will see but don’t do that because as I said it’s not certain)
PS: If you're interested in the challenge of giving my project a very pop, vibrant, solidarity vibe, you can send me a DM. I'll give you more details, and we can arrange a call if you'd like.

Continue using psychedelics without revisiting a major trauma?

Context:

I started psychedelic therapy in January 2026. I initially had two MDMA sessions that went fairly well, but my last session with mushrooms was quite horrible. Without going into detail, what happened was that it triggered a huge trauma with all its emotional and physical baggage (I was already somewhat aware of this trauma, but this confirmed it had happened). It didn't show me the trauma itself, nor who did it to me... but it confirmed that it had happened. And the following weeks were very difficult because during sleep I would experience a kind of trance-like state where I would try to go there, but each time I refused to go.

The thing is, for the moment I don't see myself confronting this trauma and going to visit it because I don't feel stable in my life and I'm afraid that it would make me fall even further. Especially since it's potentially linked to members of my family, and since I'm not yet independant, I don't see myself getting into a conflict with them and cutting ties.

In short, I prefer to remain in a state of semi-denial for the moment, allowing me to build something more stable before confronting this trauma…
One of my mistakes was doing these sessions and experiences alone, a mistake I understood during my last trip. If I have to do another session, it will be with a trusted therapist. (This decision to go alone was largely influenced by the Castelia Foundation book: Solo MDMA, advice I find quite dangerous and reckless, but that's not the point.)

What I want with Psychedelics:

I remain deeply fascinated by this type of therapy and its potential therapeutic benefits. I'd particularly like to use it to improve my relationship with my body. I have a lot of physical pain and somatized emotions that I can't seem to release (I've become very interested in Somatic Experiencing and I'm seeing a therapist about it). I think psychedelics could help with that, giving me a better body awareness to release all of that.

However, what I don't like about this type of therapy is that, for me, you lose control and are somewhat subjected to the experience. Having a significant trauma, I'm not sure it's suitable right now because I'm afraid it might lead me directly to it, and I wouldn't have any control over that. In short, I wanted to know if you think it's possible to continue working with these substances while still having choice and control, without triggering that trauma, and while maintaining control over what I choose to experience or not.

What I want with psychedelics is to build the capacity to choose what I experiment, where I decide to go and say stop for what I don’t want to experiment for the moment. Just build a sense of control, flexibility and conscious choice.

Looking forward to reading your thoughts on this and your own experiences :)

My 6 month path into somatic therapy and struggle that I have

I will tell my path about somatic therapy (6 month) and the difficulties that I have…
It will be very helpful for having some advice / feedback, and if you want to share your own experience it will be very welcomed!

My beginner path into somatic therapy:

After try talk therapy for long years, I felt it was not very successful for my healing. So I begin to read about somatic therapy and nervous system. It resonate a lot with me and I felt that this was this type of therapy that will be work for me. But I didn’t know where began so I was doing for 2/3 months some scan body exercises where it was nice but I didn’t felt that much (like it was nice for being relaxed but I didn’t feel release of something). And the same time I begin to do psychedelic therapy, I did one trip with mdma and it was the first time I felt so peaceful and relaxed in my body, it was a really good experience and I felt very nice and connected to my body some days after…

Strange feelings in my body: what’s that?

Also, after 4 days my first session of mdma, I felt new / strange sensation in my body: like some kind of liquid is moving in my body. It’s very strange sensation and I don’t know if it’s very common (please say me if yes, I will felt less alone ^^) For explain this sensation, it’s like energy, some kind of thick liquid, like full grains of sand that moving in my body…

I feel it when I’m focus on a body part, like for exemple my belly, when I’m concentrate well on it I feel this liquid go outside of the region of my belly where is usually stuck in this area, and it can move in others area of my body, but it always comes back in the area where it was stuck…

And I have this liquid in lot of areas of my body. And this liquid is not nice to felt, It's rough, corrosive, quite intense; I feel like I'm « Venum » with his black liquid that sticks to him. For me this liquid is the trauma stuck in my body, stuck in my muscle, in lot of area of my body that cause pain.

Also I feel this liquid for the long time (5 months) I did a lot of body scan, I felt it and I can move it but I don’t feel release, like this liquid never go out of my body, so it’s just overwhelming and annoying, I don’t know what to do for release it… I did also TRE (I did my first session 2 weeks before with a therapist) but same I don’t feel big release…

So I wanted to know if some of you have familiar with this liquid, if it’s normal because I didn’t hear lot of experiences like that and how release it? Thanks a lot for helping :))
