Post TMS headaches

I did about 30 of the TMS sessions but could not participate in the tapering down ones due to insurance issues so I randomly just stopped getting it: I have headaches every day that aren’t like disabling but enough to be like damn another headache?

I see online some people having this issue after finishing treatment but I am also having insane dreams some sleep paralysis rem disruption and it just makes me feel so anxious when I wake up and scared to go to sleep sometimes.

I have hypochondriac issues so even a headache is enough to convince me I’m dying. Just looking for some reassurance from somebody who dealt with something similar as I’m 3 weeks out since I last had a session and I still am getting headaches and usually have to wear sunglasses if I go outside because it will make it worse most days. Once I’m in my room it kinda stops though.

Not sure if this is sleep paralysis

Hi there, im looking for some guidance or maybe even grounding techniques as im not sure what’s really happening. A couple months ago i was sleeping on my love sack in the living room because my partner snores, and i “woke up” to try to go in the room with him but I was falling and everything was pixely and I couldn’t move too well. When i got to the room I woke up in the love sack. Freaked me out.

It has been happening alot more recently where the room I am in I will “wake up” in that room and try to move and can usually in the dream but it always ends with me trying to walk somewhere.

I literally just had one ten mins ago and it freaked me out so I wanted to ask somebody about this. The first one I was having I was in the living room “sleeping on the couch” even though I was in my bedroom in my bed in real life and I was talking to my friend who is staying with me, he was like “u sleepy?” Because he was on the end of the couch and my legs were touching him. Then I looked on the floor and saw a mouse running across the floor (I have a mice enclosure in my bedroom and a hamster one as well) and then I saw a white rat on the lamp and my hamster running around on the floor (I have never had things appear in my dreams in my house when this is happening and scared it’ll get worse) and when I got up to grab them I “woke up” in my bed but was actually still asleep and couldn’t move my hands and when I sat up my eye started twitching which I guess my face started shaking really bad in the dream and my vision was so messed up and then I finally woke up. It has never happened in my room before and im not too sure why I have never had this issue my entire life but recently it has been happening every so often. I guess I’m scared it’s going to get too scary and IM going to experience some things I don’t really want to experience because of how real it seems.

I’m going to mention some things below that maybe contribute but I doubt it

I was on seroquel when the first one happened a few months ago a very low dose 25mg. I’m not on it now.

I just finished TMS therapy

I was working 230pm to 330am shifts up until this week I start my new job and don’t sleep too well as it is and once a month minimum will pull an all nighter.

I was on Adderall for about two years and this never happened before until I stopped it?

Medication help

Hi friends. Just wanting to ask if anyone has ever taken seroquel and clondine at night together? I take 25mg of seroquel for sleep at night since my old psych never upped it for mood stabilization it became a sleep aid. I like to use it that way. My new psych took me off my Adderall for adhd because I had heart pains and it was scaring me as well as pressure headaches so I was swapped to clonidine and Wellbutrin. I will be taking the starting dose of clonidine at night and the seroquel 25mg. I’m curious if anyone as done this before as I am very much a hypochondriac and am nervous I will be too sedated at night as the seroquel definitely knocks me out as it is. It makes me super hungry I have a little seroquel sweet treat and then I go to bed. I am just nervous to add something else that can be sedating will I be okay?
