

Thinking about starting skincare, how should i start?

It’s my birthday this weekend and so i figured why not treat myself to bbq?
However I don’t really have a big stomach and i noticed alot of places have time limits and charge food wastage fees
so i was wondering if there are any places that we can take our time eating?

Or if you know any bbq buffets with no limits, cheers!
Do you use any products? Gym chalk? Lifting straps/grips? Deodorant on your hands? Looking for any recommendations
For example, bench press. How many sets&reps do you do before your actual working sets?
I personaly do 3 sets of 5 reps with lighter weight gradually increasing towards my working set. Too much?
