My friend joining is on August 24th, but still not received the joining mail.I see the Day 1 updated as Aug 24 when I will get the Joining Mail and location details.

I have an offer with Accenture for Level 8 joining this month .Also got another offer with TCS for C3A with almost 5lpa less than Accenture.
Will there be too pressure in Level 8 like Margins, Profits? Or it's purely technical role as C3A in TCS.
