FM in Los Angeles - how do the big systems compare?

ABFM board-certified and already have a CA license. Planning to relocate to LA/SoCal area next year after finishing a fellowship and will be looking for outpatient FM jobs - open to academic and community-type gigs but looking to be with a bigger system. So far the contenders seem to be UCLA, Kaiser, Cedars-Sinai, and the UC system (specifically Irvine). How do these compare in terms of pay, quality of life/burnout factor, EHR (I want AI scribing), etc.? Any other systems I should be looking at?

34M dating a 29F who describes herself as demisexual - normal, or mixed signals?

I've been on two dates so far with this 29-year old woman I met on Hinge. She describes herself as demisexual. The dates so far have been great - the first date was food-based and the second date was a walk at a local park. The conversation was never dull when we were together. I find her attractive both physically and emotionally. I asked her to clarify what her definition of demisexual was and she basically stated that she needs to move slowly and see me as a close friend before sexual attraction occurs, which is fine by me. And maybe we have different definitions of slow, but I asked if it would be OK to kiss her at the end of the second date and she declined, stating that she had bad breath at the moment. Totally believable, but I can't help but feel like I'm receiving mixed messages from her. In addition she's a slow texter and will often take over 24 hours to respond to texts. By contrast I like to text at least twice a day to maintain interest.

What do you think, guys? Is she really just moving slow, or was she never that interested in me in the first place? I haven't dated any demisexual women before.

"A rare Monday through Friday, 8-5 schedule"

The six months of free rent and the random mention of monthly ER call really seals the deal. This place must truly be desperate.
