Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for affordable in city movers. I’m moving about 3 miles from a one bedroom but only have a few boxes and suitcases with the only furniture being a full size mattress and bed frame which will be dissembled. So far I was thinking about Taskrabbit but also heard that U-Haul offers movers as well at a low price. Any recommendation or even quotes?

Hey! I'm moving out of my California apartment soon, and I just got some moving instructions saying I need to prove I hired a cleaning service. This is my third move, and I've never had to show proof before, so I'm wondering if that's even legal. I've only lived here for a year and usually clean the place myself without issues. I also had to extend my move-out date, and this wasn’t mentioned before.
