I used to sleep better before Whoop

I’ve realized that I actually used to sleep better before I started wearing my Whoop.

Now I’m constantly thinking about whether I’ll recover well, if my sleep score will be good enough, whether I got enough deep sleep, and all that. Instead of just going to bed, I find myself stressing over the numbers, which feels a bit ironic.

On top of that, my wrist has started hurting because of wearing the band all the time. Between the physical discomfort and the mental obsession with recovery metrics, I’m wondering if it’s doing more harm than good for me.
