Sudden break up after my jealous reaction
Champagne and meatballs. I regret that I unintentionally hurt my boyfriend of 8 months due to my jealous trauma reaction which i’m in therapy for. I didn’t speak to him for 2 days. During that time he was texting me that he loved me and wanted to talk. I was dismissive. After 2 days when we spoke again we didn’t resolve it but he seemed like he was past it. It took me 2 weeks to realize I was wrong to not speak for 2 days. During that time he slowly detached with less communication. He stopped talking to me, saying he needed distance. The next week he ended it and said he realized he has no romantic feelings. I want to fight for the relationship and I’m struggling with how. I’m working on a response to his break up. He normally has anxious attachment tendencies.
What do I read next!?!
