So, I have been bleaching my hair for many years, but this past year i only did a partial balayage, only in the first layer of my hair. After that, I began my haircare journey. That was in April. So here s a list of all i do:

1. Forcapil (hair vitamins, it has about all I need)
2. Dermastamping, 1mm, once a week. I just began applying the Ordinary Multi peptide treatment right after, still questioning if it is safe
3. The ordinary multi peptide serum at night, almost everyday, sometimes i forget
4. Loreal Serioxyl spray every morning
5. Colorwow/Garnier sleek every time I wash, for heat protection
6. Shampoo: Alfaparf ph balancing and Loreal Metal detox
7. Conditioner: Hair gloss loreal
8. Mask: Loreal aminexil powerstrenght mask
9. Pre&post shampoo bonders by Loreal
   10: Oil: food for soft-matrix

Also, I do hair massage for every scalp treatment, almost everyday. I try my best to do low tension hairstyles, and to sleep with a bonnet.

Now, as for growth, i don't see much, neither for density. I have very thin, oily hair, prone to breakage. The breakage is about the same, it only looks healthier on my roots where it hasn't been touched by bleach. What can I do more to fix my hair? And to get density, my hair looks very thin and lacks volume. I cant use minoxidil!! I have a cat

Hi! I have a very important exam tommorow, it's currently 10:30pm, and i took 1 Concerta 18mg at about 3pm. My psychiatrist prescribed 18mg as a starting dose but I have no positive effects from this dose. Is it ok if I take another 18mg right now? I m planning to do an all nighter as i have alot to study.
Also, I suffer from tachycardia, but rn my pulse is 99 and blood pressure is 128/77. Thank you<3
