What are some unknown benefits of taking spirulina? What changes will I see? And what’s a good brand?

The gyno said it’s faint and he found one dead under the microscope. But I can still tell I’m not right. My vagina still feels nasty.. I do not know what to do. This has been a secret I’ve kept for a long time now. I want to have sex again.

I have been struggling with having trich that I cannot get rid of but it’s not a very intense version? I guess you could say.. really no odor but definitely feel nasty down there. The gyno said he “found one and it was dead” when he looked at my vaginal swab under the microscope. He gave me tinidazole .. did not work. What do I do? It’s ruining my life. I haven’t had intercourse in a very long time bc of it. I have taken this med over and over and over trying to clear myself up.
