Coraline!
Was dressing toothpick the other day and realized I could make him into Coraline for spooky season! (Btw I don't support Neil Gaiman, I'm just a fan of the Laika movie)

I keep seeing ads for naked Sundays sunscreens online and they look pretty cool (albeit a bit expensive), but I know they had a recalled mineral sunscreen during the scandals last year.
My question is, is the brand reliable? I didn't actually see anything about their response to the scandals, so I'm guessing it was better than UV, but I just wanted to ask here to see everyone's thoughts!
So I normally hate sunscreen (neurodivergent, so most textures are yuck) but I'm going on a beach holiday soon and really wanted to get a water resistant sunscreen for my face (I bought the cancer council kids water resistant sunscreen for my body, hoping it'll be good for my dry sensitive skin, but just wanting something more lightweight for my face)
I have dry skin so would prefer a sunscreen that isn't too matte, and is relatively lightweight.
I've tried the:
- dermaveen face fluid but I found that was too greasy and didn't dry down.
- Avene face fluid normal, but it's pretty much the same formula as the dermaveen and doesn't dry down.
Have been thinking of getting the Avene oil control fluid but it's a bit expensive, so I want to be sure it'll be good before I get it.
Tldr: Does anyone have recommendations for a lightweight slightly moisturizing/hydrating water resistant sunscreen for the face?

Edit: adding that I don't want to get the lrp water resistant sunscreen because I've heard the packaging leaks everywhere, and I'm nervous about taking it in my suitcase lol :)
Hi, not sure if this is the correct place to ask so please redirect me if needed!
Basically I'm 24F, diagnosed with autism and adhd earlier in the year, and I finally got my first NDIS plan about a month ago. In that plan, they gave me budget for a support worker both in the house and out of the house, but to be honest I'm not really sure what I would use them for outside of the house.
I am what you could call "high functioning" (more realistically high masking), meaning I am able to do my own grocery shopping and things like that. I think inside the house I would use them for help with the cleaning and cooking, as I really really struggle with that, but I can't find any information online on how a support worker can be useful outside of the house for someone like me. Everything I've found so far has been pretty generic and not specific enough for my autistic self to understand. Would anyone be able to provide me with examples or ideas of what they can help with?
Thanks so much in advance!!
Basically, I saw recently the IUNIK has a new product called the Centella Calming Sun water. It goes on like a watery/slightly milky toner, but is supposed to be SPF 50+. I immediately added it to cart because it seems like an easy way to reapply, or for added protection underneath makeup, but from the YessStyle reviews people seem to be using it as their primary sunscreen.
Do you think that it offers enough protection for that? I feel like with the watery format it would be difficult to apply the correct amount. But as someone who has severe sensory issues and battles through wearing daily sunscreen, it's very tempting. So do we think it could work, or should I leave it mostly for reapplication?
So basically exactly what the title says. 5 years ago I tried a new cleansing oil and had an INTENSE reaction to the fragrance. Like contact dermatitis all over my face for weeks. But I was always very resilient to actives, and never had an issue with that before.

Well cut to now, it's been 6 months since taking my skincare more seriously, and I've been able to get a bit more lax with fragrances, but I have kicked my actives up a notch. Basically I've been using 0.2% retinaldehyde every night for several months now, but was still getting closed comedones. So to keep my CCs at bay I started using Paula's choice salicylic acid every 2 days (years ago I was using it every day with no issues, while also on retinol). Then I was an idiot and decided to add back my vitamin c in the morning for my post acne marks, and I think I've started to over exfoliate my face. I recently got the geek and gorgeous stress less serum, which is supposed to be soothing, but it has been stinging for the past few days.

So my question is WHAT DO I DO? Will I ruin the progress of my actives (retinaldehyde and bha) if I take a break for a few days/weeks? Will I end up going through a whole other purging stage? My skin was finally starting to clear, but now with the stinging I'm also getting my texture back, so I'm a bit worried and have no idea what to do.

Photos for reference. First few pics are from today, last pic shows the damage I did 5 years ago haha

My skin type is dry combination, and prone to CCs, plus I live in a dry climate.

Morning:
Water rinse
Geek and gorgeous vitamin c
Geek and gorgeous stress less
Paula's choice (every 2 days, only on congested areas)
Tirtir milk skin light version
Pair acne cream as needed
Aestura lotion
SPF (numbuzin or skin1004)

Refresh during the day with byoma mist, and I used to use the Mario basescy hypochlorous acid spray but I've been a bit lazy with that one and haven't used it in a while.

Night:
Banila co clean it zero balm og
Cetaphil gentle cleanser
Geek and gorgeous stress less
Tirtir milk skin light version
Geek and gorgeous retinal 0.2% (built up to every night and have been fine for months)
Aestura lotion

Hi everyone, I've been using my trusty PC 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant on and off for years now, but after starting to take my skincare a bit more seriously and using vitamin c and retinaldehyde every day, I think I may need to use a gentler version, or risk over exfoliating my skin. I'm still quite congestion-prone, so I want a SA product that I can use every day, but don't want to melt my face off hahaha.
I saw that Paula's Choice also has a 1% toner, but I can barely find reviews or anything anywhere, so I thought I'd ask here if anyone has used it, or has had success with formulas containing less salicylic acid (e.g. COSRX Blackhead power liquid, SA cleansers, etc. ). My current routine will be posted in the comments!
For reference I have dry, acne-prone skin, living in Perth (aka very dry climate, and also sitting under air conditioning all day)
