GMAT Prep Advice??

I'm scoring around 530 right now and targeting 650-680 within 4-6 months. Here's my situation: I'm crazy busy with work, so I can only dedicate 12-15 hours per week to GMAT prep.

I want advice on how to structure my weekly prep, the time distribution for each section.

Has someone built similar study plan? How much it actually helped you to hit your target score?
