The Commonwealth Curator Theory

I'm just making this theory just for fun cuz I know it's just a skit, but we haven't had Doctor Who in a bit.

To explain why McCoy looks older than when he regenerated, we can find a few explanations

  1. Bigeneration Doctorverse
  2. Time Differential
  3. Not 7
  4. Something else

The first theory is false because nobody likes it.

The second theory seems to not make much sense because no other Doctor seemingly was present. Unless... no...

The third theory seems quite plausible

The fourth one.. what else could it be?

It makes sense for it to be the Curator. Seemingly no aliens or anything are there.

Thus, to explain why "seven" looks older than he was, you can just say he wasn't the 7th Doctor. He was the Curator. We've seen the Curator take on other incarnations of the Doctor and them look older before..

Of course this is just me ranting about the only piece of TV we will get for a while.

Do they just like.. beat you up..

Clark was big and had a bunch of teeth and all but like.. What would FF3's one kill you. How would a regular still life even do it.

What's every reason the Doctor left Gallifrey?

Twice Upon a Time
BILL: You're the one who stole the Tardis and ran away.
DOCTOR 1: The Captain might be needing you.
BILL: Nah, the Captain's fine. Why did you do it?
DOCTOR 1: Oh, I'm sure your Doctor has explained.
BILL: I'm not even sure he remembers.
DOCTOR 1: There were many pressing reasons.
BILL: I don't mean what you ran away from. What were you running to?

What is every reason he ran away? In The Sound of Drums, he makes it out to be the Untempered Schism. In Heaven Sent, he says he ran because he was scared.

In Time of the Doctor, he was bound to a truth field, and he said this:
"I'm the Doctor. I'm a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey. I stole a time machine and ran away and I've been flouting the principal law of my own people every since. "

I mean, it doesn't necessarily say he left because he was flouting, but it seems relevant given one of the explanations he gives is he was bored, even if he says it to be a lie.

In A Good Man Goes to War, River seems to imply he left to see the universe.
"When you began, all those years ago, sailing off to see the universe, did you ever think you'd become this?"

So why did he really leave Gallifrey? There are many reasons, but how many does he admit?

If the TARDIS translates what the Doctor says

Then this rabbit KNEW what the Doctor was saying and was unfazed. Not even scared. My GOAT

DOTD Rabbit is The Boss? Maybe. After being threatened with The Bringer of Darkness, the Rabbit seeks revenge on the Doctor for interrupting it. It will mock him for his mercy and how it has caused all this danger. The rabbit is more powerful than we think, not even sweating a single droplet at the warnings of The Oncoming Storm.

What was special about Daughter of Mine?

Something I am very confused about is why the Doctor had this very specific routine to the Daughter of Mine.

Why did he visit her every year? What was so special about her for him to visit her again? And why was she the only one who ended up free? This has bugged me for so long!

This show has everything, but people don't see enough of it.

Every once and a while, I visit transcript sites like Chakoteya or Doctor Whoogle, and every time I get surprised. I find an amazing quote that I hardly hear people talk about. This show has so many quotes that nobody brings up! These are some of my favorites:

The Lie of the Land
MISSY: You know, back in the day, I'd burn an entire city to the ground just to see the pretty shapes the smoke made. Thin Ice

DOCTOR: A few hours ago, we were standing in a garden full of dead people.

What I love is that it implies that this is part of the design. The castle itself told him about the Veil and that it would kill him if it touched him. I wonder if the time lords wrote this or not..
