Feeling completely lonely

Its my birthday today, and since I desactivated my social accounts to take a break, nobody remembered. I thought my expartner would congratulate me since not so long ago it was his birthday and I sent him a short but very thoughtful message as a postal. He didn't.

I had to take distance from one of my closest friends recently since she advocated in favour of infidelity. So I just took a moment a while ago to see who could I reach to and, there wasn't. At least not for the moment im in, I'm crying and feeling absolutely miserable and theres no one I feel the enough trust to show myself like this.

I have to bare my grief and pain on my own.

Feelings of anger and revenge

I'm a calm person and I try the best to not hang on to negative feelings towards other people. I like to be at peace and just move on in life but I recently have been struggling with feelings of revenge and anger. I got cheated on by my ex (30m) of 6.5 years with a 21yr old and I despise her. I fully know that the responsability of the treason goes to my ex but, I got to know the girl some time before and I just get angry by remembering her. She fully knew about me and the relationship, she is a therapist and she is a holistic hippie that apparently is all good vibes. She always gave me the vibe of moral/spiritual superiority while also being ok with getting in the middle of a relationship. I just hate that she appears to be a wonderful person when she is the opposite. Its just the hipocresy for me. I can't do much to her and Id love to just let it go and let life do its thing but anger sometimes keeps me awake.

How do I let anger and the feelings of revenge go?

What can I do to get over this?

Is it normal to feel this?

Breaking a 6.5 yra relationship

Today I'm moving from one of the homes we shared. He left to his hometown two days ago and Im having to move and hand out the apartment all by myself. Its being very hard, Im breaking up crying every other moment.

Im so overwhelmed with everything I have to dol and I feel so alone and insignificant.

Please I feel so absolutely tired and demolished.

Any advice that can help me not break down so hard?

Recommendations when ending a long term relationship.

Hi. This is my second long term relationship that I end up getting cheated on. First one was a relationship of five years(lived together for most of it), ended when i was 24. This second one was six years and a half (living together basically all of it) now at mt 31 years old.

Im defenitely feeling better than how I felt ending my first relationship, I've grown and things are different. Nevertheless, now at my 30s I think and feel that it is a diferent kind of process. This is pretty recent so I feel that Im going to have some pretty rough times ahead.

Is there any recomendation or tips that any of you would like to share for me to have in mind and help me heal?

Thanks in advance.

Got betrayed by my 6.5 yr boyfriend at a very important moment of my life

I just need to vent and hopefully find some support, I already made a decision about this and Im moving on, is just that I find it so frustrating and unfair that I burst into tears.

Im about to have a concert to get a degree in jazz music, it has been a very stressful process. My ex also passed through the same process a year ago so, I expected him to be supportive and just being here for me. But instead of that he decided it would be a nice time to cheat and lie, 10 days away from my concert (he's going to play there too btw and we live together). Im so dissapointed and so sad because this is such a big deal for me, Im 31yrs old (he is 30yrs old) and finally getting a degree after so many things happening in my 20s was going to be a big milestone for me, and now this moment is getting eclipsed by the lack of empathy and respect of my ex. Now instead on focusing on my concert Im worried about moving out and holding myself together. Its just so unfair, I was there for him in his process of getting his degree and overall I've been so patient, loving and supportive that this hurts so fucking much.

Im so tired. He didn't even apologized once. I can't believe people can be so ungrateful and shitty.

Update: Something I didn't expect to happen happened. He apologized to me and I was able to express my dissapointment and anger towards him (in a calm but very direct way) and it was very healing for me. I was preparing myself to not recieve an apology and having to heal this all by myself but this happened so, I felt a great peace. This doesn't erase his mistake but at least his aknowledgment and regret gave me something I needed to move on. I felt resentment trying to grow in me and this helped me move away from it. Im excited to move forward. Thanks for the supporting messages 🫶🙌
