My puppy plays too harsh with the cat.

I got a puppy recently, he is around 3 months. He is smaller than my cat but plays too harsh with her. I think he is teething, i got him chewing toys but he still bites the cats neck and pulls it rough as a play. She is not very happy about it even makes noises when he does that, so i know it hurts her. She tolerates him a lot, doesn’t bite or hiss at him. How do i stop him?!

I gained weight, have belly fat but why now?

Hi! I know the title is confusing, but its because im confused too.
Heres the deal : I am 22 years old (1.64cm) girl that her whole life used to be skinny. From my teen years till last year my weight was ranging between 44 and at best 50 kgs.
This year somehow i managed to gain 5 kgs without even realising i became 55 kgs.
It was good for me, i wanted to gain weight.
BUT i noticed i have a bit of belly now, which i DONT like and i dont want it to escalate. I do almost no activity as it used to be like before… is it because of age? Is it hormones? I have no idea what it is i just want you guys to help me : How do i get rid of my slight belly fat before it becomes a lot?? 🥲
