I’m pretty sure that these might be below average but if it is considered I had 2 immediate family deaths one freshman year then sophomore.

About a month or two ago I got my switch modded at a local repair shop that claimed they’ve modded switches before. Everything goes perfectly smooth after receiving my switch back.
However, a week ago of playing it smoothly my switch suddenly starts to not boot into the firmware and instead just the regular nintendo switch.
(I haven’t dropped my switch or anything by the way)
The error code from what I can see from the back vents is the light starting as blue then blinking quickly yellow which I believe is (**)
I called the repair shop a few minutes ago and they told me they can’t help with soft ware issues however I feel like this is hardware no?
I’d really just like some advice if I should push with the people who did the modding because I did pay extra in case anything went wrong!
