All major companies have started shifting to a diamond shaped structure and pivoting from pyramid based structures. Earlier hiring for graduates were high and as the level of experience went up number of recruitments went less. Now they follow a diamond based structure Not hiring in great numbers at top and bottom Only middle people with experience are being taken in coz they need that due to directing how AI gets used.
I know a friend who has been asked to create agentic tools that will literally in next year kill almost 50-65 percent of his company's entry level job requirement.
I guess its fair to say market will only get worse from now on. This is a bad reality to comprehend

Hey everyone,
I am a solo software developer building KryptOS, a team productivity and live task-tracking web application built specifically for mid-sized operations and service companies (such as accounting/CA firms, architectural offices, logistics hubs, and design agencies).
I handle 100% of the engineering, product deployment, custom code tweaks, and infrastructure maintenance. I am looking for 2-3 hungry, confident Remote Sales Partners to handle the frontend outbound outreach.
Because I don't believe in low-tier, demotivating flat stipends that cap your hustle, I am offering a massive 20% revenue share on every single client deal.
The Payout Structure:
Flat 20% Commission (₹10,000 INR) per closed client.
Our product is a premium, custom-deployed internal infrastructure that we sell for a flat ₹50,000 INR upfront setup fee.
The day the client's payment clears into my account, your 20% cut goes straight to your bank account that same day. No corporate delays, no red tape.
Earning Potential: Close just 2 clients a month part-time ₹20,000 INR. Hit a hot streak and close 5 ₹50,000 INR payout.
Hey everyone,
I’m a solo developer based in India, and I’ve been analyzing why so many mid-sized service firms (CA firms, architectural studios, and local agencies) refuse to adopt standard team productivity tools.
Talking to a few local business owners, the feedback was unanimous: They are completely burnt out on "software rent." Paying ₹500–₹800 per user, per month means that as their team grows, their software bill spikes forever, even if they only use basic task-tracking features. On top of that, traditional firms hate having their internal operational data sitting on a massive, shared third-party cloud.
To solve this for my own clients, I built a team-tracking platform called KryptOS, but I completely flipped the business model.
Instead of a subscription, I'm offering a Dedicated Deployment model: A flat upfront setup fee (charging around ₹50,000 INR), where I manually spin up and deploy a 100% isolated, custom instance of the software directly onto their own domain/servers. They own their data perimeter, and their monthly software rent drops to absolute zero, no matter how many employees they add.
As founders and agency owners, I wanted your brutally honest feedback on this strategy:
1.Would you prefer paying a one-time setup fee to completely own a dedicated internal tool, or do you still prefer the convenience of standard monthly SaaS subscriptions?
2.If you are running a team of 15–40 people right now, what is your biggest bottleneck when it comes to tracking daily employee task ownership?
Curious to hear your thoughts on whether this architecture model is viable long-term, or if I'm missing a glaring blind spot

I got an internship at a company and was outperforming everyone. My manager explicitly said he wants me in his team I've got literal mail chains where he has said he'd like me to be a part of his team
However during conversion time , the head of recruiting said they'd need a exception case for me since one of my family memebers although in a different account is at a FLE level .
Now my manager says its difficult to put up an exception case for an intern. If this were the case why wasnt I infromed abput this before they took me as intern
I feel like I wasted 6 months of my life I feel depressed, angry... 1 month is still left of my internship and I dont feel like giving even an ounce of effort
Final year capstone grades are out.
My sources from the Bhai's production house recently gave me the this tea
Its a known fact in the industry Salman and Lulia Vantur have been hooking up. what seemed as mere casual hook up relationship is actually full fledged serious. Salman had asked Lulia to move to india and make music from here. Salman is also planning to launch her in the industry by giving her song in his next movie slated to release in 2027 eid directed by Vamshi Paidipally. Salman wants to set her in the industry so that they dont have to be in a long distance with continous flying to Romania and back
ps. this is just hearsay and a rumour so take it with a pinch of salt Even though i have given previous blinds that were authentic which turned out to be true I'm not so sure in the validity of this one
