What are all the references to Kashmir (kasmira) in the Mahabharat?

I'm natively Kashmiri (Koshur), and I've recently started reading and taking interest in the Mahabharat.

That got me curious about Kashmir's role in the epic

How many times is Kashmir (Kāśmīra) mentioned in the Mahabharat? What role does it play?

Are there any kings, warriors, or significant events associated with Kashmir in the epic? Also, is the Gonanda dynasty connection to the Mahabharata supported by the text itself, or does it come mainly from the Rajatarangini?

I'd appreciate answers with chapter/verse references if possible, Thanks!

Do you guys think Kashmir should have its own regiment, similar to how Jammu has the Dogra Regiment?

I was thinking about this recently. Instead of a community-based regiment, it could be a region based one representing the Kashmir Valley and its shared heritage, A name like Pir Panjal Regiment came to mind since the Pir Panjal range is one of the defining geographical features of the region and isn't tied to any one religion or community

My idea would be for it to represent all Kashmiris regardless of whether they're Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, or from any other community

What do you think? Would a Kashmir based regiment be a good idea, or do you think the current system with JAK Rifles and JAK Light Infantry already serves that purpose?

Organized Botting and Rule Violations

The chinese community has been repeatedly griefing artworks related to Arunachal Pradesh, India and is clearly abusing bots/botted accounts to manipulate the canvas, which is a direct violation of WPlace TOS, Their behavior is ruining fair participation and disrupting other users intentionally, Please investigate these accounts and take strict action against the organized botting and vandalism instead of allowing blatant rule breaking to continue unchecked
