How to get this kind of white?

Just to preface this is not my model, this is painted by bjoernlauch_painting on instagram. The last image is my very quick attempt at the recipe. I am looking to figure out how they got this white to look this way. In their comments they simply say that the base coat is Ulthuan Grey, recesses are Eshin grey, and highlights are white scar. I attempted to follow that recipe however it does not have the same grey tone that the reference image shows so I’m wondering what else there is to it. Any help is appreciated.

What are the most annoying matchups army and disposition wise for us?

I recently went to a GT with my world eaters playing Purge the Foe, BW. I went up against 3/6 priority assets armies and my god was that mission annoying to play. All they had to do was sit on the middle objective and I was forced to launch my units at them just to get killed off of it again the next turn. I ended up going 3/2/1 there with my wins being against purge, priority, and priority. And my tie was against take and hold. My other losses were priority and purge. My losses were against a sisters of battle army which took a ton of infantry and volume guns. I was unable to take their 5 squads of infantry off of the center objective and if I charged I wouldn’t kill many and just get blown off the board afterwards. My other loss was against grey knights and I just played bad so that was my fault and dice of course. But I was wondering what everyone else’s experience against the other dispositions and armies were like and what suggestions you could give to someone in the new edition.

Does this look right for slapchop?

This is my first time ever attempting slapchop. I tried to get as much paint as possible off of the brush first, while still having some color come off of it. However it seemed to get into some of the recesses. I intentionally left some spots unpainted because I had other plans for them. My main question is just does this look right for the pre-contrast step of slapchopping? And also how much should I thin down my contrast paints if at all before applying?

Joining my first GT, what to expect?

Hello, in late July I will be attending my very first GT of 200+ players as well as it being my very first tournament in general. I started playing 40K about halfway through 10th edition. I currently play World Eaters and have been wondering what are some things that I should expect from a GT?
Also if there are any experienced World Eaters players that are willing to give me some 11th edition advice for things to look out for or some strategies I can use, that would be amazing.
The list I plan on bringing is as follows:

Berzerker Warband
Purge the foe

Kharn the betrayer
Master of Executions (berzerker glaive)
Daemon prince (helm of brazen ire)
Lord on Juggernaut (favoured of Khorne)
Slaughterbound

2x berzerkers

Jakhals
Eightbound
Exalted eightbound

Spawn

Forgefiend (triple plasma)
Defiler (scourge, plasma, auto cannon)
Rhino

Any suggestions for alterations to this list would be welcome but I am adamant about staying in the Berzerker Warband detachment.

How would I go about getting this skin tone?

I’m trying to figure out what colors to use to get this skin tone. I use either citadel colors or two thin coats. I thought maybe cold corpse blue and wolf grey but there is more to it than that. Any help is appreciated.
