I've started suffering again and how what healed me before(homeopathy)

Im 21 and it started around 4 years ago,

Triggers were something like:

- I'm driving a two wheeler and something comes up suddenly suppose a doc or a cart i apply breaks but I feel something going into my brain and it started to appear like small ants are biting me

This was the first time I realised it's a big problem

First time I remember it was cold weather and I was on the roof of my house trying to fly kites and it started sue so I was unable to fly kites idk if it was stress but it was worse

I went to 2-3 docs but idk it never healed and my mother started my homeopathic treatment and surprisingly I was much better in a month, the triggers were reduced and I was much better to almost 2-3 breakouts a day to like once a week and then once a month

I ate the medicine for around 2 years and slowly stopped eating because I was feeling I am completely fine now

But recently from the past month especially,

- I started feeling it again before going to gym, as I kinda get adrenaline rushed and it started from that

- now I stress about my job a lil and it started again like 2-3 times a day

Idk what happened, but i have asked my mum to visit that doctor again and start the same medicine and I hope i get better

FYI i don't get patches or anything which are chronic, the breakout is for like 5-10 mins max and I feel normal after 15 mins or so

But trust me it's worse during those 5-10 mins and feels like insects are biting me

As per my gpt research it's one of these but I'm still not sure what else I can do:

- Emotion-triggered cholinergic urticaria

- Adrenergic urticaria

- Stress-induced flushing/prickling

I also know what doctors think about homeopathy, but I will believe whatever heals me from this

Yes I do take stress a lot and overthinking a lot but I just don't want these reactions physically

Long post but I just wanted to share as i just got to there are more people with similar conditions

To all the sober people: will you do drugs if there's no harm at all?

I mean: imagine a scenario where taking drugs will just be a limited ride like a videogame or movie and you're back on track again after the trip ends with no harms done at any means- physically, mentally etc

What drug will you try & why?

My favourite stuff to do/eat while high

I'm 21 and have smoked a few times in my life only

I do once a month strictly and previously I used to do alcohol like 3 quaters of vodka or rum once a month, yes i don't like whisky lo

l

But once shifted to og, I was amazed coz alcohol made me vulnerable emotionally, I was hard to control once alcoholic high & once i cried hell alot without any reason

And yeah I was myslef was saying there's no reason for me to cry but I want to cry

Then i did og like 2-3 puff and got high and started doing that once a month instead of alcohol and now I cannot even sip alcohol lol, I don't even wish to

I don't know if smoking once or max max twice month is harmful so pls tell me, that too max 0.5gram og once a month

here are my favourite things so far to do:

- hallucinating videos and psytrance music: try lsd man and deep jungle walk omggg

- eating sweet stuff: i follow strict no sugar diet but I eat like a mainac while high and don't regret it coz it tastes so fucking good

- eating chatpata stuff: line mad angles, or doritos or something achari

- eating curd or mishthi doi

- watching old cartoons and shoes like: shinchan, lucky man, bhabhi ji ghar par h lol

- laying down on roof of my house and I can image where this air is coming from and where it will go

- smell to body mist/ non alcoholic perfumes and yes I kinda blend in it and it increase my high

Suggest me anything else you think can be a really good experience

& I'll post another post regarding detailed explanation of what and

how I feel while doing these gg

Thanks for reading
