Beginner "Skinny Fat": Why do I feel sleepy and mentally overwhelmed after only 15 minutes of training?

I’m 18, 173cm, 65kg, and starting to train after a 3-year break. I’m doing basic bodyweight exercises, but I crash within 15 minutes.

Instead of just physical fatigue, I feel an overwhelming urge to sleep and my mind gets cluttered with racing thoughts. I don't feel dizzy.

Is this normal for a beginner? How can I fix this "early crash" so I can finish a full workout?

Bac 2027(Any advice about your experience with the Baccalaureate?)

I'm about to take my baccalaureate exam and I'm struggling with my studies. I'm a weak student. My grades are currently between 9 and 10. I'd like to get my baccalaureate with a score between 13 and 14. When can I start studying, and how many hours a day do I need? Any advice from experienced people? I don't speak French well, and my English is very weak. (Translated)
