Indo-MIM allottees: What’s your listing day strategy?

I was fortunate enough to get an allotment in Indo-MIM. With the GMP still looking strong, I’m trying to decide on a strategy.

For those who also got allotted:

Are you planning to sell at the market open or wait 15–30 minutes?

If you’re holding, what’s your reasoning?

At what listing gain would you book profits?

Would love to hear different perspectives from fellow allottees.

Master’s Abroad: Which country offers the best balance of jobs, salary, and quality of life?

Hi everyone,
I’m a Computer Science student from India and I’m planning to pursue a Master’s abroad. My priorities are:
Good job opportunities after graduation
High salaries and good work-life balance
Affordable tuition and living costs
Possibility of settling down long-term
I’m considering countries like Canada, Australia, and Germany.
For those who have studied or worked abroad, which country would you recommend and why? I’d especially love to hear about your experiences with finding jobs, salaries, and overall quality of life.
Thanks in advance!

Urgent: Missed document verification deadline (April) for campus hire – Will my offer letter still come?

Hey everyone,
I was selected for the Systems Engineer (SE) role through a campus bulk hiring drive for the 2026 batch.
I recently realized that I completely missed an early email from offer_documents@infosys.com asking for scanned copies of my 10th and 12th marksheets. The deadline was back on April 11, 2026, and I didn't see it, so I haven't submitted anything yet.
Yesterday, literally everyone else selected from my college received their official Infosys offer letters, but I didn't get mine. I have already cleared my engineering degree with zero active backlogs, so my final college results are completely clean.
I am planning to email my marksheets to them today with an apology, and I’m also looping in my college Training and Placement Officer (TPO) to help escalate it to the campus relationship manager.
Has anyone else missed this specific early document submission deadline and still gotten their offer letter later?
Does the system completely cancel the candidacy after missing the date by this long, or do they just put your profile on hold until you manually submit?
Any advice or insight from seniors or peers in the same batch would be a huge help. Thanks!
