Help finding a cartoon

There was a cartoon, in one episode, at the beginning of the series, a scene where two girls were arguing at a fair, holding the same megaphone and pulling it in opposite directions. In the end, the girls fell to the ground, the megaphone flew into the air, hit one of the fairground poles, and the fairgrounds collapsed. The main characters in the cartoon were a group of girls. I forgot the name of the cartoon. Does anyone remember this scene?
