I am proof that even a perfume can cause a breakdown due to its ingredients. I was cognitively fine in recent days, but the reason I got worse was buying and using a perfume, and now I feel a little dizzy and tired, and yesterday my penis was cold, just like it was 6 months ago. Are there any members here who have used Accutane in the past and consequently experienced permanent dryness and wrinkles?

I have a question. Has anyone here had an ultrasound done on someone with a rubber penis, numb penis, erectile dysfunction, and an unusual penile tissue, and been diagnosed with any problems? How can we explain how a medication could cause such severe injury?

Has anyone regained sexual sensation and attraction in their body and brain? This numbness just won't go away. My erections are getting better and better, but the sexual sensation and attraction in my penis, body, and brain are either absent or very weak.

I wonder if anyone here has had PRP treatment for their hair and experienced no side effects, or does PRP cause side effects?

Does anyone feel pressure in their lower abdominal area, especially when sitting? It feels like there's pressure there.

Today marks the 15th month of my PFS journey.

Many symptoms have improved:

Dry eyes ✅ Dizziness (occasionally recurring but generally better) ✅ Neck pain ✅ Back pain ✅ Cold hands and feet ✅ Muscle weakness ✅ Cognitive problems ✅

Cold penis and glans (still occasionally but generally better) ✅

Hard flaccid (this symptom has improved significantly, recurs occasionally, but is generally better) ✅

Symptoms that still persist but feel better than before: My bowel movement sensation has improved somewhat; I don't have as much difficulty as before. My anal muscles are more relaxed than before, but after a comfortable bowel movement, my anal muscles contract randomly throughout the day. I still have no sexual sensation in my penis. My penis is still somewhat rubbery; I can achieve an erection, but even when erect, my penis feels very light. Maintaining my erection is very difficult. My erection disappears the moment I stop the intense stimulation. My hard flaccid symptoms are much better than before, but they recur occasionally. My libido is still very low; I rarely have libido, and masturbation doesn't give me much pleasure because there's no sexual sensation. This is my current situation; I mostly have sexual symptoms. I hope the improvement continues.

Don't use tea tree oil. I tried it for three days and experienced a terrible crash. I stopped using it yesterday, and now the symptoms are slowly subsiding.

Has anyone experienced dizziness, headaches, or confusion after using tea tree oil? I thought tea tree oil wasn't a DHT inhibitor.

How can I accurately measure my penis? In full erections, it sometimes measures 16 cm and sometimes 17 cm. My penis is slightly curved; could this curvature cause it to appear 1 cm smaller than it actually is?

I've done some research on the issue of my penis feeling like rubber and having a rubbery appearance, but I haven't been able to figure out what causes it. Is it related to blood flow or nerves? Even when I achieve an erection, the rubbery feeling still persists.

My symptoms of hard flaccidity have greatly decreased; I experience this problem less often than before. I feel like it gets worse when I masturbate, but my penis still feels rubbery and light as a feather. I can achieve an erection but cannot maintain it. Body fatigue had improved but has recurred for no reason. Tinnitus continues, sleep problems haven't fully resolved, the sensitivity in my penis hasn't returned, the numbness in my penis hasn't fully improved, there is very little sexual sensation in the genital area, libido is still absent, and semen is still somewhat watery. This is my situation after 1 year and 2 months.

My body shakes when I do a crunch and then lower myself; is this normal? Does this happen to you too?

Has anyone found a solution for sebum plugs? Right now, this is the only problem I have with my hair. There's no dandruff or itching, just sebum plugs.

This drug is clearly designed to cause complete castration. I feel cheated. I'm experiencing serious self-esteem issues due to both baldness and sexual problems.

In my one-year history of PFS, I've seen many improvements (dry eyes, neck pain, sleep disturbances, anhedonia, lower back pain, high levels of anxiety (which continues to a lesser extent), dizziness, blurred vision), and these have almost completely resolved or are about to resolve. However, the only symptoms that haven't improved are pelvic floor dysfunction and sexual side effects. I see no improvement in these. My penis is feather-light, thin, with a cold and soft head and a swollen, veiny shaft, and I have no libido. My anus is extremely tense, and I have no urge to defecate. I don't know what to do.
