does anyone have any advice on how to trade for good cosmetics?

Ive watched like 8 guide videos and all they tell me is to get weapons from random drops and sell them but it seems that no one buys regular weapons so i would really appreciate some actual advice on how i can trade up to good unusuals and stuff

any other colors that might look better for this?

Im not exactly good at the game so i dont rlly wanna buy lime cosmetics and then get insulted for "larping" being a tryhard so i thought someone might have some better colors for this loadout that look good both on red and blue

is it worth buying mvm tickets?

i have just completed my first ever tour on two cities and got some killstreak fabricators and robot parts, obviously the chances of me getting something like an australium are basically 0 but besides that are mvm tickets worth buying

right now im doing operation two city and im wondering do i have to beat all 4 missions to get tour completion rewards? and if i do, do i have to do them all 4 multiple times to get the stuff or is it a one time thing

obviously i can try trading but i am horrible at trading and dont have really good things right now in general. Another option is waiting until i get enough weapons to turn into scrap and then keys but that will take me like 5 years so pls help ;-;
